Our commitment
ProofFlight is committed to making our website and services accessible to the widest possible audience, regardless of ability or technology. We believe every homeowner should be able to protect their property with proof.
Conformance goal
We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible to people with a wide range of disabilities, including visual, auditory, motor, and cognitive.
What we do
- Use semantic HTML and descriptive labels so screen readers can navigate the site.
- Maintain readable color contrast and scalable text across the site.
- Support keyboard navigation for interactive elements such as menus, forms, and buttons.
- Provide meaningful alternative text for images and respect reduced-motion preferences.
- Review new features with accessibility in mind as part of our development process.
Known limitations
Some content, such as third-party map components and video playback, may not yet be fully accessible. We are actively working to improve these areas and welcome your feedback so we can prioritize fixes.
Feedback and assistance
If you encounter an accessibility barrier or need help using any part of ProofFlight, please email support@proofflight.com. Tell us the page, the problem, and the assistive technology you use, and we will respond as quickly as we can and provide the information you need in an accessible format.
Ongoing effort
Accessibility is an ongoing effort. We review this statement and our practices periodically and update them as our website and standards evolve.
